For a continuous random variable, whether x is smaller than q or no bigger than q is the same. but for a discrete random variable, 定義還是 P(x < q) = a 嗎？因?yàn)閐iscrete random variables的小于，小于等于是有區(qū)別的。CDF里都是F(X) = P(x<=q)。
