同學(xué)你好，在本題中，花出去的commission是用于給broker為客戶進行交易的，和research是無關(guān)的。Research是broker白送給他的，而不是額外花費客戶的commssion來購買的，因此research和客戶的commission沒有關(guān)聯(lián)，那這個research就不需要對客戶有利。Soft commsion的定義是客戶額外多花費了客戶的傭金，這個多花的部分用來買研究相關(guān)的服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品，由于這個research是由客戶的傭金支付的，那么就需要對客戶有利
