就是沒有employment才證明independent。Personal relationships, having a past employment history with the firm, and interlocking directorships—all indicate a lack of board independence.
case 4：
consultant fee 是沉沒成本，所以不計(jì)入capital。
capital=Capital investment required + Additional working capital.
所以=10.36+2.2=12.56
