學(xué)員你好，因?yàn)橥瑯觾r(jià)格下跌，股票價(jià)格是會(huì)跌到straight bond價(jià)值以下的，而convertible bond則不會(huì)，所以convertible bond的價(jià)格會(huì)下跌，但沒有股票降那么快。
