雖然沒有直接提到彈性這個字眼，但是通過以下這句話：
"Exchange rate changes will result in immediate adjustments in the prices of traded goods as well as in the demand for imports and exports. These changes will immediately correct the trade imbalance.”
可以看出是考慮到了價(jià)格變化和需求變化之間的關(guān)系的，也就是彈性關(guān)系。
