2023-03-19 20:09供應鏈知識點里包含了operation，除了自行車送花之外，其他的工作我認為是屬于operation部分的，因此整個服務他都是供應鏈的部分。請問老師我哪里理解錯了，謝謝！

因此客服操作不屬于供應鏈的范疇。
