同學(xué)年后，nonresidiential是指房屋的收入不是通過給別人住來獲得，而是讓別人在這個房屋里辦公、購物、生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)來創(chuàng)造收入。而residential property是把房子給別人長住來獲取租金，就比如把空房子租出去。

同學(xué)你好，租出去的房子的確是commercial，所以你看這頁P(yáng)PT的標(biāo)題，他說了commercial property分為兩類，一類是residential，一類是non-residential，這兩個都是屬于commercial的。說白了，只要這個房屋是拿來給你創(chuàng)收的，就是commercial，那可以是作為residential來讓別人去住并且賺租金，也可以是non residential，作為辦公樓、商場、倉庫、工廠來收租金。
