同學(xué)你說的是這個case嗎：Allen, an equity analyst, without notice to her employer, registers to start an investment company that will compete with her employer. However, she has not actively sought clients.
這不違反準(zhǔn)則要求因?yàn)锳llen用工作之外的時間注冊了一家公司，這家公司還沒有開始運(yùn)營，尚無業(yè)務(wù)，Allen也還沒有開始招攬客戶。
