continuing operations是持續(xù)經(jīng)營；discontinued operations 是終止經(jīng)營，一般指生產(chǎn)線變賣。
對(duì)于持續(xù)經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目，只要企業(yè)決定繼續(xù)進(jìn)行該產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)，設(shè)備被燒壞了企業(yè)可以購買新的設(shè)備來生產(chǎn)該產(chǎn)品，這個(gè)就可以被稱為持續(xù)經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目
終止經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目指的是企業(yè)決定不再生產(chǎn)該產(chǎn)品，比如華為出售了榮耀系列，華為不再生產(chǎn)榮耀系列手機(jī)，這個(gè)就是終止經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目，而如果沒有出售，設(shè)備壞了買了設(shè)備繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)，這個(gè)就不是終止經(jīng)營。

When a company disposes of or establishes a plan to dispose of one of its component operations and will have no further involvement in the operation, the income statement reports separately the effect of this disposal as a“discontinued”operation under both IFRS and US GAAP.
