同學(xué)你好，這個是截取自GIPS handbook，所以不會有錯的，他原文說的就是per transaction。你看R35課后題Q7的C選項說的也是custody fees charged per transaction

那既然charged per transaction那為什么不能算為transaction cost呢？麻煩解釋一下

因為交易成本的定義為和買、賣行為相關(guān)的費(fèi)用，保管費(fèi)不是買賣相關(guān)，不算交易成本。
“The GIPS Glossary defines transaction costs as “the costs of buying
or selling investments” and states, “These costs typically take the form of
brokerage commissions, exchange fees and/or taxes, and/or bid–offer spreads
from either internal or external brokers.”

理解為總托管成本可以細(xì)分到每筆交易上，但它與交易本身不相關(guān)。
