同學(xué)你好，net basis就是取凈額的意思。在這個題里就是說這是做市商交易，做市商就是賺取一個凈的利差。客戶找做市商來下單買股票，這個做市商可以用地價從其他的broker或者dealer和客戶手中買入股票然后以更高的價格去賣給那個客戶，等于賺了價差。如果是客戶想賣股票，那么做市商可以是用低價從客戶手中買入股票然后用更高的價格去賣給其他的broker或者dealer和客戶。
