2018-11-29 14:23您好我想問一個(gè)2019版 kaplan的notes問題。p112的topic assessment的第一題，問的是使用mosaic theory來得出結(jié)論，根據(jù)的是重要公開信息和非重要非公開信息。對于重要公開信息我理解的是Smithers查詢了public records，但是我在case中看不出哪些是非重要非公開信息。麻煩幫忙找尋一下對應(yīng)信息。

non-material non-public information在第四段中間- Smithers observed Carson and two of her business partners having dinner with Pineda executives.
而在第二段最后一句-Carson asked Smithers to invest in the partnership…
此外，第三段Smithers客戶向他詢問知不知道什么消息
Carson和O'Toole的行為加劇了Smithers的懷疑。
