business risk refers to The risk that a company will not have adequate cash flow to meet its 【operating expenses】，這是經(jīng)營風(fēng)險，比如沒錢買原材料，不能正常經(jīng)營之類的。
financial risk refers to a company will not have adequate cash flow to meet 【financial obligations】，這是財務(wù)上的風(fēng)險，比如欠別人的錢還不上了。
