同學你好，
不是說重組費用是earnings，而是說我們再用RI model進行估值的時候，凈利潤中是只考慮經(jīng)常性項目的。
而這2m的重組費用并不是經(jīng)常性項目，因此正?；膬衾麧櫴遣粦摽鄢?m的費用的，也就是應該在現(xiàn)在的2020的凈利潤中加回這2m的費用。
