2018-11-30 17:08題目中說的Rules,Regulations是否屬于C選項(xiàng)的legal呢，code and standards感覺不是屬于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)吧，行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是不是應(yīng)該理解成這個(gè)企業(yè)所在的行業(yè)應(yīng)該遵守的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)？

Kate（管理者）告訴Sucy職責(zé)包括：firm has appropriate compliance procedures（對(duì)應(yīng)firm policy）；prevent violations of rules，regulations, code(對(duì)應(yīng)industry standards)。沒提及法律限制。
Code and standards 針對(duì)的是金融行業(yè)的專業(yè)人員，且這些人是協(xié)會(huì)的candidate 或member。
