這里說的是準(zhǔn)備金，跟準(zhǔn)備金要求不一樣。
公開市場操作的介紹里講到過。
when the central bank buys government bonds from commercial banks, this increases the reserves of private sector banks on the asset side of their balance sheets. If banks then use these surplus reserves by increasing lending to corporations and households, then via the money multiplier process explained in Section 2.1.2, broad money growth expands.
央行從銀行手里買債券，銀行的準(zhǔn)備金增加，貨幣供給增多。
