Reduction in a line of credit 不是降低信用額度導(dǎo)致付錢快嗎？ Also, how about “increase credit limits by lender” is pull on liquidity or not? I’m confused. 能解釋嗎

1 假設(shè)原先公司每月能從銀行借款100萬元，銀行降低了信用額度，公司只有80萬額度，那么這20萬就相當(dāng)于流出了，所以說是pull on liquidity
2Reduced credit limits is consider as pull on liquidity.( If a company has a history of making late payments, suppliers might cut the amount of credit they will allow to be outstanding at any time.)
On the contrary, the increase in credit limits is to provide liquidity
