1970年，current=2330,financial=-2111 .2330-2111-219=0.所以Statistical discrepancy=-219
Statistical discrepancy并不是financial account中的科目
376頁有提到the net balance of all entries on the BOP statement should equal zero. In practice, however, this is rarely the case because the data used to record balance of payments transactions are often derived from different sources.
Statistical discrepancy起到了平衡的作用。
