同學你好，historical data就是第3-5年的歷史數(shù)據(jù)。他需要展示過去五年的歷史業(yè)績，但他只重構(gòu)了前兩年的數(shù)據(jù)，第3-5年的數(shù)據(jù)沒有，于是這三年的數(shù)據(jù)就通過模擬得出，也就是假設(shè)過去三年都采用現(xiàn)在的投資策略，會有什么樣的收益。但既然他披露了這三年的數(shù)據(jù)是模擬的，那么這方面就沒有違規(guī)
