雖然risk management中有management這個詞，是挺迷惑的，但是“風(fēng)險管理”是一項策略，所以依舊是董事會決定的。
可以參考原版書相應(yīng)解釋。
The board is a central component of a company’s governance structure. In addition to ensuring the company has appropriate audit control and enterprise risk management systems in place, the board also has the responsibility to review any proposals for corporate transactions or changes。
