這句話的意思是boostrapping是可以運(yùn)用到數(shù)據(jù)充足的公司的，比如說(shuō)一家公司有20年的數(shù)據(jù)，但是依舊是可以用bootstraping 的方式來(lái)創(chuàng)造數(shù)據(jù)的，因?yàn)殡m然數(shù)據(jù)是很多的，但是能用的是不多的，我只能用最近2年的數(shù)據(jù)，這樣一來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)就是不夠用的，所以說(shuō)還是可以bootstrap的方式來(lái)創(chuàng)造數(shù)據(jù)的。
