你給的這句話的意思是，如果一個公司能正確判斷出最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)，那么很有可能會把最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)時的D/E作為作為公司的目標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)。但是根據(jù)67頁，實際情況下，公司判斷不出最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)，所以目標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)與最有結(jié)構(gòu)會有偏差。
