公金比較簡化，Operating cash flows涉及計算的考題也不是很多。
參考公金原版書上的定義是Operating cash flows – which are the company’s after-tax operating cash flows less interest and dividend payments (adjusted for taxes) – can be used to invest in assets and are equal to net income plus depreciation minus dividend payments.
