depositor就是seller或者originator，就是將標(biāo)的資產(chǎn)賣給SPV的人或者機(jī)構(gòu)。SPV是負(fù)責(zé)打包，并將資產(chǎn)證券化的機(jī)構(gòu)。trustee主要是負(fù)責(zé)安全存管投資者的資產(chǎn)的機(jī)構(gòu)。
