2023-11-04 20:48雖然這道題主人公沒有向客戶承諾德國國債是無風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的。但我想問一下，在CFA中，是不是只有美國的國債才是無風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的呢？CFA是不是認(rèn)為其他國家的國債都是有一定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，因此如果有題目說投資經(jīng)理承諾客戶說投資美國國債是無風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的，沒有違反準(zhǔn)則。但是如果投資經(jīng)理承諾客戶說投資日本國債是無風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的，就違反了準(zhǔn)則。請問是這樣的嘛？謝謝

但是如果國家或者有機(jī)構(gòu)承諾承擔(dān)損失也是可以保證收益的，這道題寫了政府擔(dān)保：The government guarantees that you will receive the promised principal and interest on the bonds.
