Over contribution：employer’s contribution（E.C）> total periodic pension cost（TPPC）
? CFO + (E.C - TPPC)×(1-t)
? CFF - (E.C - TPPC)×(1-t)，相當于repayment
Under contribution：employer’s contribution（E.C）< total periodic pension expenses（TPPC）
? CFO - (TPPC - E.C )×(1-t)
? CFF + (TPPC - E.C )×(1-t)，相當于borrowing
