同學(xué)，上午好。這句話是對(duì)的，舉個(gè)例子，出租人把資產(chǎn)買下來(lái)，然后租給承租人，承租人每年支付租金，到期設(shè)備就歸承租人。相當(dāng)于承租人分期貸款。
