同學(xué)你好，Mintzberg組織架構(gòu)模型知識(shí)點(diǎn)已在2023-2024考綱中刪除，所以上課不講這個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，同學(xué)可以作為補(bǔ)充知識(shí)了解。
明茨伯格把企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)分成5各部分。
1. 戰(zhàn)略決策層（strategic apex）
Ensures the organisation follows its mission
Manages the organisation's relationship with the environment
戰(zhàn)略層是企業(yè)最高的層級(jí)，它的作用是確保組織履行其使命，管理組織與外部環(huán)境的關(guān)系。
2．中間層（middle line）
Converts the desires of the strategic apex into the work done by the operating core.
中間層是戰(zhàn)略層跟運(yùn)營(yíng)層（高層和基層）的一個(gè)橋梁，一個(gè)傳話筒，將戰(zhàn)略高層的愿望轉(zhuǎn)化為運(yùn)營(yíng)核心所做的工作。
3. 運(yùn)營(yíng)層（operating core）
The operating core is the people directly involved in the production of the goods and services that the organisation produces.
運(yùn)營(yíng)層就是基層員工，是直接參與組織產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)生產(chǎn)的人員。
這三個(gè)層級(jí)是自上而下的一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)，除了這條主線，企業(yè)還有兩個(gè)輔助性的結(jié)構(gòu)。
4. 技術(shù)分析層（technostructure）
Analysers determine the best way of doing a job. Planners determine outputs (eg goods must achieve a specified level of quality). Personnel analysts standardise skills (eg training programmes).
技術(shù)分析層人員為其他層提供技術(shù)支持、分析支持，決定工作的最佳方式。計(jì)劃人員決定產(chǎn)出（如貨物必須達(dá)到規(guī)定的質(zhì)量水平)，人事分析員使技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化（如培訓(xùn)程序）。
5. 支持層（support staff）
