同學(xué)你好，trend rate of growth是GDP的長期平均增速，任何未預(yù)料到的且會持續(xù)下去的政策變動都會改變trend growth，畢竟經(jīng)濟(jì)模式和結(jié)構(gòu)、制度、法規(guī)會長期改變，trend growth也會受影響。而policy change就是exogenous shock的一種
