第一步:performance measurement。你要評(píng)估業(yè)績(jī),總要先確定業(yè)績(jī)是好是壞,因此這一步會(huì)選擇合適的指標(biāo)衡量收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
第二步:performance attribution。有了收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的數(shù)據(jù),我們就要確定它們的來源,因此這一步是對(duì)收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來源的分析。
第三步:performance appraisal。相當(dāng)于總結(jié)陳詞,結(jié)合上兩步的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)基金經(jīng)理的業(yè)績(jī)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面的分析并得出結(jié)論。
因此,要判斷基金經(jīng)理的能力,那就是要綜合分析后得出是真的有能力還是運(yùn)氣這樣的結(jié)論,因此是第三步performance appraisal最好。
