AMC的要求是披露給客戶，這里不僅僅披露給客戶，并且還披露給regulator。所以高于AMC的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因此當(dāng)然符合AMC。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)只是個(gè)最低要求，滿足最低要求就是符合AMC的
