問題回復(fù)：
25%的收益率是高于5%的soft hurdle rate，如果沒有其他條件限制，那么直接就可以計算激勵分配。但是題目還有額外的條件，那就是加了high water mark，只有高于高水位的部分才會進行激勵分配。因此需要多計算一步，看年末扣除管理費之后的資產(chǎn)是否高于高水位線。如果高于，那么計算激勵費；如果不高于，那么沒有激勵費。
