在完全競爭市場中，如果一旦能夠獲取超額利潤，由于進入門檻很低，就會新的廠家不斷涌入這個市場，導(dǎo)致整個市場的供給上升，使得市場上的產(chǎn)品價格下降，最終P=MR=ATC=SMC，把超額利潤都給抹掉了，此時整個市場達到均衡
