functional currency是指公司主要經(jīng)營活動（如銷售或采購活動）使用的幣種，在多數(shù)情況下，functional currency和reporting currency一樣，當(dāng)公司開展的業(yè)務(wù)主要在其所在地，functional currency與local currency也一致。
