逆回購指的是，一方將自己的金融資產(chǎn)銷售給另一方，承諾一定期限后回購，回購價(jià)差就是利息。
“Reverse repurchase agreements” are a form of collateralized loan made by a bank to a client. In a repurchase agreement, a borrower sells a financial asset to a lender and commits to repurchase the financial asset for a fixed price at a future date. the difference between the selling price and the higher repurchase price effectively constitutes interest on the borrowing. the borrower describes the transaction as a “repurchase agreement,” and the lender describes the transaction as a “reverse repurchase agreement.”

同學(xué)，上午好?；刭徥莚epurchase，逆回購是reverse repurchase。正回購就是站在借錢人的角度看這個(gè)流程（借款人用自己的國債作為抵押獲得這筆借款，到期后還本付息），逆回購就是站在借出人的角度看這個(gè)流程（把資金借出去）。

還是沒明白，舉個(gè)例子，央行逆回購，是指央行作為借出人，把錢借給商業(yè)銀行，這動(dòng)作叫逆回購么？

央行逆回購，就是央行把錢投放到市場上，具體操作是從市場上買金融資產(chǎn)，然后錢就流向市場。
