經(jīng)常賬戶盈余意味著出口大于進(jìn)口，出口大意味著對本幣的需求大，因此本幣會升值

課本第101頁中最后一段講到日本，說So，in Japan，the private sector was financing the government deficit as well as an outflow of capital，說明current account surplus 會導(dǎo)致本幣貶值呀！
這里的outflow of capital只是指government deficit下的outflow of capital，但是這部分outflow被private sector補(bǔ)足了，所以從總體來看，還是本幣升值。所以這里的outflow只是指government deficit，并不是說從整體來看是outflow。
