1. 老師說 the fair value of Boswell's assets and liabilities other than licenses was equal to their recorded book values. 就代表沒有g(shù)oodwill 為什么？fair value 和book value 相等 應(yīng)該是說沒有fair value appreciation. 2. NM 出的對價(jià)為320 為什么不能理解成 580 *0.5 =290 then 320-290 =30 30 為license 的價(jià)格呢？ 為什么一定是用320 / 0.5 算出 640 再減去580 才是

1. 因?yàn)橐鐑r(jià)全部被用于購買unrecord licenses，所以沒有g(shù)oodwill。
2. 因?yàn)槭?0%收購，所以lincenses也只是買了一般，那么他一半的價(jià)值是30，lincense完整的價(jià)格是60。
