AP從sponsor那么以物易物獲得ETF這個過程就叫做create，所以就是AP create 了EFT。
原本書中有強調(diào)，AP是唯一可以 create or redeem new shares of an ETF的。
The only investors who can create or redeem new shares of an ETF are a special group of institutional investors called authorized participants.
