Option 2: Increase the annual per share dividend by 20% more than the prior year.
Option 3: Maintain the current annual dividend and pay a special dividend of NOK 10 per share.
在option 2下： dividend payment = (NOK 120 million × 1.2) / 6 million shares = NOK 24 per share
在option 3下：NOK 120 million / 6 million + NOK 10 = NOK 30
所以3比2 higher by NOK 6
