同學，上午好。這道題沒有商譽，因為The excess of the purchase price over the fair value of Boswell's net assets was attributable to previously unrecorded licenses，超出的部分被歸在了licenses里，所以商譽=0，那么full goodwill和partial goodwill就沒有區(qū)別。
