同學，上午好。
公司價值-債務(wù)價值=股權(quán)價值，然后net pension liability被視為debt（截圖1），所以deducts the company’s net pension liability from enterprise value描述正確。
service cost需要被expense（截圖2，括號里說的很明白，left expense），所以discounted cash flow model expenses service cost描述正確。
而對于net interest expense，需要should not be included，所以要remove選C。
