這里的意思是客戶發(fā)現(xiàn)基金經(jīng)理業(yè)績出錯(cuò)了，所以基金經(jīng)理就改了過來。但基金經(jīng)理找了個(gè)借口說是因?yàn)槿藶榈拇蜃皱e(cuò)誤，不把出錯(cuò)歸咎于他自己不夠?qū)I(yè)，而是找了個(gè)借口搪塞過去，所以違反了不當(dāng)陳述同時(shí)違反misconduct
