2019-02-20 18:05在cost model 下，Under IFRS, recoveries are allowed except for goodwill , but still no allowance for written up。請問后面半句話是什么意思？but still no allowance for written up ？recovery 和write up 不是一個意思嗎？允許recovery 但又不允許write up? 另外，這個知識點中關(guān)于recovery 的部分也是最高只允許recover 到原值嗎？

同學(xué)你好，recovery是可以回轉(zhuǎn)的意思，write up是向上回轉(zhuǎn)。兩個不相等。如果是cost model，IFRS下：可以回轉(zhuǎn)，但不能write up；US GAAP: 不可以回轉(zhuǎn)也不可以write up,除了held for sale.

recovery是可以回轉(zhuǎn)但最高不得超過原值，write up是直接向上回轉(zhuǎn)，對嗎？

同學(xué)你好，減值回轉(zhuǎn)包含兩個部分：1.減值后的價值到原值之間的部分；2.超過原值的部分。其中，減值后的價值到原值之間的回轉(zhuǎn)部分被稱為recover，超過原值的回轉(zhuǎn)部分被稱為write up。
cost model下，under IFRS，減值回轉(zhuǎn)只能回轉(zhuǎn)到原值，不能超過原值，即允許recover，不允許write up。
