問題回復(fù)：A選項(xiàng)套利者屬于金融體系的參與者，套利者也是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)超額收益去的，但監(jiān)管套利者的超額收益卻不是金融市場(chǎng)的功能。舉個(gè)例子，某證券在A市場(chǎng)交易30元，在B市場(chǎng)交易40元，存在套利機(jī)會(huì)，套利空間為10元，如果監(jiān)管者規(guī)定套利利潤(rùn)為5元，這就會(huì)使得同一資產(chǎn)在不同地方交易價(jià)格無法趨同，阻礙了市場(chǎng)發(fā)展。
