這里講的的融券的一個流程。融券抵押物是現金及其等價物，融券時交易中的borrower要支付給lender一筆費用，（原文這里對lender做了一個補充描述，說lender一般是一個long-only的fund）,這筆費用一般為一定比例的融券價值（這里說的比例就是Security lending rate）。
