同學(xué)，上午好。這道題更多的是根據(jù)題目背景條件來回答。
主要是要從三只基金里選擇符合?lfheah公司要求的。
主要要求是low overhead costs ；minimize taxes in the portfolio. 沒有costs of in-house investment resources.
因?yàn)閞elative value hedge fund的客戶大部分是免稅客戶，所以投資時(shí)，會(huì)按照免稅的思維來進(jìn)行投資。但是?lfheah是需要交稅的，那么就可能產(chǎn)生沖突。所以?lfheah would be investing alongside tax-exempt investors，不符合要求。
Tax-efficient angel investment是天使投資，主要是投資初創(chuàng)型的公司，需要非常專業(yè)的投資知識(shí)，也要非常專業(yè)的管理，但是?lfheah has not been willing to incur the costs of in-house investment resources. 所以也不滿足要求。
剩下只能是Publicly traded US REIT
