Temporal method下，存貨用歷史匯率，所以是1.19換算。
然后，Non-monetary assets are measured at cost under the lower of cost or market rule這段話是說的存貨的減值，存貨的賬面價(jià)值，取舊的賬面價(jià)值和市場價(jià)值的孰低值，和匯率無關(guān)。
