01 CFA考試規(guī)則概述

CFA考試規(guī)則概述CFA的官方網(wǎng)站上明文列出了13種有關(guān)考場紀律的事項，這些規(guī)定全部出自PCP即Professional Conduct Program這一部門，如果在考試中違紀被調(diào)查，PCP這三個字母將會讓你刻骨銘心，因為即將的到來調(diào)查的漫長程度一定是你始料未及的。而且無論調(diào)查的結(jié)果如何，在以后每一年的職業(yè)操守評定上，對于是否曾涉及過調(diào)查的那一問上你永遠都要勾選yes，就像一個抹不去記號一樣的留在了你的身上。

根據(jù)CFA協(xié)會2010-2013的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，所有13項有關(guān)考試的紀律全部都有違反先例，并施以不同程度的懲處措施，輕者警告到重者禁考5年，甚至有禁考，所有的懲處無論輕重，當次的考試成績一律取消。

CFA考試歷年違規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)分析：

從上圖可以看出，CFA立案的案件當中，大部分被協(xié)會調(diào)查的案件均被判違規(guī)。例如，14年6月考試，一共調(diào)查902個疑似違規(guī)案件，其中898個案件偵查完畢，只有非常少的一部分被判為不違規(guī)(綠色部分：NoDiscinplinary Action)，這意味著，超過90%的案件均判罰違規(guī)。2015年6月CFA考試違規(guī)事件也達到984件，懲罰嚴重與否姑且不提，這些考生的當年成績作廢，浪費了青春、和金錢，實在得不償失。

02 CFA協(xié)會處理作弊方案

每個報名的考生都會收到CFA協(xié)會關(guān)于參考的Policy，其中明確的寫出了什么可以做什么不可以做。但內(nèi)容過于概況不便于理解;同時他們并沒有解釋違規(guī)行為所相對應(yīng)的懲罰結(jié)果，導(dǎo)致很多CFA報名考生在不知覺的情況下違規(guī)被罰，頗為冤枉!

備注：一種情形一般只采用一種處罰決定，具體由CFA協(xié)會裁決!

03 收到report郵件后怎么辦?

接下來的一個月，該考生在焦急中等待著信件的來到，可是左等右等也沒來，于是在CFA考試成績出來前幾天又發(fā)了一封郵件。

【CFA Institute的答復(fù)郵件】

Dear XXX,We have completed our review of all Violation Reports and exam tickets.If you have not received a letter from the Professional Conduct Program,we determined the writing on the ticket(while a violation of the examrules),did not require further action by the Professional Conduct Program.
