這道題是原版書有提到嗎？講義里記得沒有看到
講義里提到的是德國、中國和比如瑞典這樣的國家是雙層董事會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)，但是這里具體又說監(jiān)事會(huì)是由股東和worker（即工人？）各一半去選監(jiān)事會(huì)，這個(gè)操作是德國自己的要求，還是其他雙層董事會(huì)都是這樣的要求呢？解釋里沒有很清晰的解釋
