四種理由申請延考CFA考試范文
四種理由的延考CFA申請會被CFA協(xié)會采納，下面簡單描述一下
分別是：
1、自己住院向主治醫(yī)生開生病住院治療的證明并簽字掃描給官方。
2、家人住院主要自己陪床的，要主治醫(yī)師開證明并簽字，
3、家人死亡證明。
4、或者是不可抗拒因素（自然災(zāi)害類）

Dear sir:
I am a candidateof CFA and I will participate in the exam in June in 2014 in Shanghai. My nameis XXX ,my CFA Institute ID is XXXXXX ,my passport No. is GXXXXXX ,my ID cardNo. is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX .Because of my meniscus of the right leg is laniated in6th in May and I can’t walk now. So my right leg’s meniscus need to operationin 16th in May in 2014 ,so I request to defer my exam data to Dec.2014,please.Iam very sad that I can’t participate in the exam in June 2014.So what can I doif I want to defer my exam data to Dec.2014 and what stuff I need to offer?
